Passive voice

Post by Sharlook »

First of all, hello everyone. This is my first post on this site and i want to sorry in advance if there is some kind of grammatical mistakes, because English is not my native language, so just to know that. :D
Now, as the tittle says, I have a problem about translating from active to passive in some kind of sentences (two of them).
The first sentence (in active):
People speak Portuguese in Brazil. Now, i wanna check with others- Would passive of this sentence be: Portuguese is spoken by people in Brazil?

And the second sentence (a little harder for me to translate into passive):
I went home very early. I am not entirely sure how to write this sentence in passive. How should I start?

1. Correct.
2. There is no passive version of this sentence.
