instead of
a1. She agreed with me about her going there.
or
a2. She agreed with me about my going there.

b. She shared my thoughts about being in an office..
instead of
b1. She shared my thoughts about her being in an office
or
b2. She agreed with me about my being in an office.
?
I always use the possessive adjective. Without it, it seems like she agreed with me about going there/being in the office in general and not about that of a specific person.

Yes, as you seem already to be aware, grammatically possible without the possessive, but semantically more vague.
