Should it be 'or' instead of "and"?

Post by tamguatlay »

Unvaccinated people will no longer be able to eat at hawker centre and coffee shops from today.

1. Shouldn't it be "hawker centres?
2. Should it be 'or' instead of "and"?

Thanks.
