Are the commas required?

During the ABC Ceremony which is to celebrate the founder’s eternal life, we recite remonstration letters which mark the founder's compassion for all living beings and to repay our debt our gratitude to him for his profound compassion.

1. Should there be a comma after Ceremony?
2. Should there be a comma after letters?
