Should it be "it depends on"?

Post by tamguatlay »

There are several different styles of punctuation - it depends for which institution you are writing.
Most American institutions, many Japanese and Oriental ones and a few British ones use the APA style-guide, which puts all ending punctuation within the quotation marks, whether it belongs to the quotation or not.

Should it be "it depends on"?

Thanks.
