a fridge to keep the food in

Post by azz »

a. They put the food in a cupboard, which was stupid because they had a fridge to keep it in.

b. You saw a hit and run accident and you didn't do anything, which is strange because you had a phone to call for help.

c. The nut on the wheel of my bike came loose. Fortunately I had a wrench in my backpack to tighten it./color]

Are the above sentences grammatically correct?

Many thanks.

Strictly, (b) should read: '...for help ON'.

Otherwise, acceptable.
