Hello,
which way (and under what given circumatances) is acceptable in terms of grammar to express feelings to an adopted child, when you want to say that your kid is loved by you to the same extent you would love him if he is not adopted.
1. I love you like my biological kid.
2. I love you as my biological kid.
Many thanks for any response.
