c. I was talking to the brother of the murder victim who is a physician.
Are the above sentences grammatically correct?
The window was broken, not the building, and the 'brother of the murder victim' is a physician and not the murder victim (the verb is 'is' not 'was' and a dead person cannot be a physician.)
