my cousin and your husband

Post by azz »

a. My cousin and your husband is a stubborn man.
b. My cousin, your husband, is a stubborn man.

Which is grammatically correct?

The idea is that my cousin, who is also your husband, is a stubborn man.

Neither seems logical, but I think (a) can be used.

Many thanks

No, (a) is not acceptable.

-> The man who is (both) my cousin and your husband...
