a. Anyone with a prior conviction for a felony doesn't have the right to run for the office of sheriff.
b. Anyone with a prior conviction for a felony doesn't will not be allowed to run for the office of sheriff.

c. Anyone doesn't have the right to sell confidential documents.
d. Anyone will not be allowed to sell confidential documents.

Which of the above sentences are grammatically correct?

None is standard.

Anyone with a prior conviction for a felony doesn't have the right to run for the office of sheriff.
--> No one ... has the right...
