it could get windy/tenses

a. I didn't go out last night because it could get windy.
b. I didn't go out last night because it could have gotten windy.

c. I couldn't use the landline because it could be tapped.

d. I wasn't worried because the sea couldn't get stormy.
e. I wasn't worried because the sea couldn't have gotten stormy.


Which of the above are grammatically correct?

All are grammatically possible (but not necessarily plausible).
