Hello, Alan! Could you please help me with the following:
May I say: "I have read this book one week ago"? Present Perfect refers to the result, while one week ago/yesterday etc. are markers for Past Simple. But if that had happened one week ago, but referes to the present result as well, may I say this sentence? Or have I choose only one aspect, that is to say I read this book one week ago or I have read this book (recently). Thank you!
Do I have to choose one aspect only?

No, you may not - irrespective of the presence or absence of perceived results - modify a present perfect VP with a definite past time adverbial (yesterday, last week, etc.), but yes, you may do so with an indefinite past time adverbial such as 'recently'.
