wrong to use "will" twice in "will replace... who will..."

I have made up the sentence below.

(ex) Next year, I will work with Mr. John Brown who will help my company increase sales.

Most of my non-native English speaking friends think it's wrong to use "will" twice in the same sentence because it's a rule.

Why is it wrong? Please help me. Thanks.

Your friends are incorrect.
There is no such rule!
However, you do need a comma after 'Brown'.
