Can:
1) I don't think anything is acceptable.
be used instead of:
2) I don't think just anything is acceptable.


Can:
3) 1 don't think anyone can be allowed in that room.
be used instead of:
4) I don't think just anyone can be allowed in that room.

No, they do not have the same meaning.
