"all tired" or "completely tired"

(1) After lifting and carrying heavy things for two hours, I was all tired.

(2) After lifting and carrying heavy things for two hours, I was completely tired.


I am not sure which one sounds better. Thank you for your help.

Only #2 is acceptable (or better still: completely exhausted).
