He's a great writer...I'm reading his book at spare time.

Impia tortorum longas hic turba furores Sanguinis innocui, non satiata, aluit. Sospite nunc patria, fracto nunc funeris antro, Mors ubi dira fuit, vita salusque patent.

I took it from the begining of one his short story. I like that story...Do you know which story I am talking about?..

BTW, I am reading his book in russian. What language do you read in?

He has a quite an interesting biography either. I can advise you the following book if anybody wants to read his biography:
Hervey Allen Israfel "The Life and Times of Edgar Allan Рое" (Rinehart and Company, inc. New York Toronto, 1949)

I love Edgar Allan Poe's books they are awesome, his style is very dark and gothic, and you can understand why his books are that way if you read his biography; I recomend you to read it because it's very interesting.

Hello, first I would just notice that the title of this topic is erroneous since Poe had never written novels, he's a short story writer, a poet and an essayist. personally speaking I like a lot his works they're full of imagination. I advice you his poem the Crow amazing.
