I think Sandwiches is the most healthy food in fast food shop. It contains a vegetables, tomato, some meat so it can provide enough nutrition for us.

Yeah! I do it every day, but I´m BOOOOOREEEEEEEDDDD!
I hate my diet, I hate letuce, I hate diet products, the only thing I want is to eat only a day a delicious mexican dish, or a delicious spaguetti, like my sister used to cook. :cry:

cooking is the best way . but nowadays everyone is busy.maybe, you can eat some fruit,like apple, grape,peach,etc.

Just don't use these diets... :shock: What for??? We should eat only really delicious food and that food that we want to eat and not diff diets..!!! :wink:
