I have a way If you want to be slim or fit : 8)
every morning drink 4 cups of mild water (not cool and not hot-put the water on the fire a little) before eat any thing after 4 hours you can eat ,and don't eat more than 3 meals at day ,with one condition last meal must be before 4 hours from sleeping
and don't eat between meals,
not:::: in first day you can drink 2 cups then increase this to 4
I have tried it it is good
