I like spaghetti very much. What is Susage and Past? Do you mean sausage and pasta? I like spaghetti with Italian tomato sauce, plus meatball or Italian hot sausage or chicken Parmesan. Umm! It’s yummy.

.

are you Italian !

ok

Preparation time: 20 minutes

you need to :

1 large Italian sweet sausage
1 large Italian hot and spicy sausage
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
3/4 large can of whole tomatoes
Olive oil

The Sauce:

Take the Italian sausage meat out of the sausage casings. Break up into pieces and mix the sweet and spicy sausage meats together. Brown the sausage meat in a large skillet on medium high or high heat with a little olive oil. In a separate skillet saute the onions and garlic until the onions are translucent. Puree the tomatoes in a blender, add to the skillet with the sausage meat. Add the cooked onions and garlic.

The Pasta

Fill a large stock pot with water and bring to a boil. Add a teaspoon of salt. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking. Slowly add the pasta, stirring to prevent clumping. Allow the water to come to a boil again, reduce heat to bring down to a simmer. Cook as long as the directions on the pasta package, about 10-12 minutes. When pasta is al dente (cooked but still a little firm) drain the water from the pasta through a colander. Rinse the pasta with water to stop the pasta from cooking futher. Place the pasta in a serving bowl, add a teaspoon or so of olive oil and mix in with the pasta so that the pasta stays separated.

Serve immediately. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.

Noshe Jan ( in Iranian means Cheers !! )
