I am a little fat than the other people around me,especially my classmates.Sometimes I feel so bad that I almost want to die and never meet anyone! While later I will see it actively.But it's really a problem causing me unhappiness,do you think I'd better try to lose my weight through some measures? By the way, I am eighting years now.

I can symphathize, but it's not a good way at all. In my opinion, the best way to lose weight is to do excercises and go on diet. But you have to do it frequently. Moreover, you also need a strong determination. If not, you will give up easily.

"Walk one hour everyday."I agree with you that it's a good idea,
but I'm still a student,also I have so much to do that I hardly have that time for a walk.
In fact, each day I will walk a lot but very fast because if not, I may get late.and it'll spend me about fifteen minutes everytime.
haha,we are both chinese people .Maybe i can give you some advices.That is you must have right concern about yourself.At first,fat is not bad,healthy and happy is most important.If you really wanna lose weight.yes,do not eat some medicine,that is bad for your body,the best method is do some exercises and have right food,that means regular time and some food which contains more fibre .
