Which do you think of is the best way to lose weight, doing some exercise or having some medicine?

Don't become anorexic or boulimic.

Losing weight ? Don't eat between meals. Eat only the necessary.

But if you die you will lose all your weight. You will feel so light, so in (heavy) heaven. :lol:

Well,
I have been doing big efforts to loose weight and the best way, belive me, is gowith the nutricionist, not a common doctor, a nutricionist.
Some people loose wight more easy that other, it depends of the proper characteristics, fr that you must to see a nutricionist and do what ever that person recomend to yo.
Some times nutricionis order medicines, but not Steroids, that are too bad. they recomend vitamins, or medicine like this. If your nutricionist order take pills to inhibe hagry, go with another, because this kind of pills are drugs.
You musto to do excercise, and the nutricionis will tell you what kind of sport practice. Example: if youre weight is too hig the nutricionist must not to recomend aerobics or running because your knees are going to hurt, it is better, in this case, swimm.
Please don´t suscribe to comercial programas to reduce weigh, like: Slim fast, Jenny Craig, Herbalife, etc, that programas give you a better weight in some week, in fact you loose weight very fast, bur ¡bip bip bip! Alert!, you could get another health problems. They are not good, and the maximum weight a person musto to loos is 700 gms per mount, more is a hard risk you must not to acept.
Please heard the recomendation of a woman who all her life have been figthing with the grams.

I think the best way is to break down your mirror,china has an old saying ,if you can not see it ,then you would not be irritated.

You have to do some sport 3 or 4 days a week, eat what you want in little quantity five or six times a day and never fat.
If you always stay in that scheme, so you will lose weight ! :wink:
