Spanish food?

I must say that, in Europe, Spain is the only country with "top class" food, along with Italy. In other european countries you simply cannot choose what to eat... even where you can find good meals (in France, for example), the number and variety of them is very limited.
Italy and Spain, instead, have a great number of various excellent choices, IMHO.

My cousin was in Rome and Sicily, and she came back gaining 15 lbs. That was amazing seeing a girl who counts every calorie she eats gaining that much weight.

I thought French food is one of the best cuisines in Europe.

I agree with Frengo, Italy and Spain are the countries in Europe where one can eat different dishes, prepared with creativity and variety.
Personally, I don't like very much French cuisine.
