How to have a good memory?

What food is good for your mind?. How can we have a better memory?. Eating, drinking, sleeping and practicing methods?. What vitamins is good for your memory?

From my point of view, eat fish, sleep lot, don't get into stress, etc. are good for your memory.

my mother once told me that when i was a baby, she used to make me drink a mixture of milk, honey and an egg. and when i said how disgusting it sounds, she said it was good for my memory :)

Use it (your memory daily ) :

- play memory
- countries and their main cities.
- poems
- remember all names of all people that you've ever met :lol:

when you are get up early and go to bed early , that is will be good for your health and of course will be good for your memory .

As I know, fish; squash; and tea are good for your memory. So you should eat more fish and squash and drink more tea. And remember to go to bed before 12pm.

i also know one more great method to stimulate your memory : just close your eyes and do all things u usually do during a day +)

As I know fish is good for eyes and memory :) but tea...? I don't think that is version rights, and the vegetables and fruits is very good for your memory :wink:

- Milk
- Honey
- Almond
- Walnut
You can carry out brain exercises such as puzzles, questions and answers and before sleep try thinking of what ever you have done through out the day a good exercise
