pH level in drinking water

Post by ezampou »

Hi,
I heard that to be in good health for a long time, you must check your pH level in water and food. Can someone explain me the meaning of pH and what kinds of foods contain pH and how to measure pH in food and water.

there is a special paper which you can buy in Chemistry shops, or there are digital pH-metres.

pH means the amount of H+ ions in comparisen with the amount of OH- ions in lotions. If you have too many H+ ions, then pH < 7 and the lotion will be called sour. If you have too many OH- ions, then pH > 7 and the lotion will be called alcaline.
