i wouldnt say it better, its exactly that, in fact i have the same problem, however i can feel ok just by eating a bit better and drinking some energetic drinks, then i go to the gym and i can work my body until a nice level, in my opinion this is the cycle you must start following, do a lot of physical exercise and then eat more food :wink:

I often think that this world has too many unfair things !just like me .I am very thin,but there are so many fat persons!I want to become stronger,but it is too difficult!Can you give me some your thoughts
You're thin but healthy,it's good. Many guys are fat yet their bodies with numerous problems of internal organs. I am not a fat but average man and not much thin. I try to balance my habitus by doing daily physical exercises, eating more vegetables than meats, drinking fruits etc.. To me, the most vital point is to evade as much illness as possible as well as all of risky causes leading to diseases. Our body always needs to be in continuous motion, namely the long idleness easily bringing about one's blood-vessel at a stand still.

hello Harris! This is my own experience: I have got good results by training 2 hours peer week with those kind of olimpyc gymnastic exercises, you know horizontal and asymetric bars, rings, etc. But before starting any kind of exercise you should visit a doctor in order to be sure you are enough healthy.

Hi, I think healthy nutrition, enough rest( physical and mental) and appropriate physical exercise are the pivotal components to keep fit.
But an important point is that you should consider the fundamental role of genetics in one's weight and body configuration...in the other hand the number of fat cells which are generated in the childhood are so important! These are some of important causes that we hear this sentence frequently that:" I eat so much but never gain weight!"

You'd better consult to your doctor in order to become sure of your health and get nutritional advices to solve your problem.

Hi, the only way to be stronger is eating right, 5 or 6 times per day, obviously you have to do excersice.

Thin? You don't eat well and you're thin. But it's not the proplem, you must eat the food which rich protein, protein will make you stronger. And do not forget to eat cereal ==> you will fattter! hehe
