Well, someone can't bear the smell of durian but it's considered one of the specialities of Asian countries.
I'm glad to introduce another way of tasting durian: blend durian and avocado together
1. Ingredients:
- durian
- avocado
- sugar
- mineral water
- milk (condensed milk is better than fresh milk)
2. Quantity (it's up to you)
3. How to do?
-Discard peels and pips of durian and avocado.
-Scoop out the pulp and put it into blender.
-Add sugar, mineral water and condensed milk.
-Turn on the blender in about 30 seconds.
-Add grinded ice into blender and turn on in about 30 seconds.
-Pour it into glass and enjoy :D
