Do not eat and drink anything after 7pm everyday, and make sure you get enough sleep.

Besides resting and healthy habits to eat, you can also use some elements, such as cold bags for your eyes while resting, and even some massage. Moreover, try not to force your eyes too much - using the PC, reading, etc.

I tried it... and it works!

Enough rest.

When your eyes're baggy, you can soak two pieces of cotton wool in fresh milk, keep them in fridge in about 5 minutes. Afther that, cover your eyes with them.

Soaking two pieces of cotton wool in fresh milk?

Uncle just wonders what "fresh milk" means.

Does it really work or it's just a joke.

Is there any scientific explaination for this tip dear?

Yes, it's killing me.

Thank you honey for not saying this strong man too old.

Uncle'd better try your milk treatment suggestion.

Let's see the result in one month.
