Baggy eyes

Doyou have any recipie or recomendation of a product to help to reduce baggy eyes????
I use corrector pencil, but when I aply the make up cover the color of the corrector is erased by the make up. What could I do????

Do not eat and drink anything after 7pm everyday,and make sure you get enough sleep.

Besides resting and healthy habits to eat, you can also use some elements, such as cold bags for your eyes while resting, and even some massage. Moreover, try not to force your eyes too much - using the PC, reading, etc.
I tried it... and it works!

When your eyes're baggy, you can soak two pieces of cotton wool in fresh milk, keep them in fridge in about 5 minutes. Afther that, cover your eyes with them.

to get ride of baggy eyes i alawys use potato and put it only for 15 min. it's wonderful soluation :D try it.

Uncle just wonders what "fresh milk" means.
Does it really work or it's just a joke.
Is there any scientific explaination for this tip dear?

oh, you are not too old :D do u know when i always use potato and it's work 8) by yhe way using milk makes ur skin looks younger for example if ur 60 ur skin will look as 30 years
so keep on
