The doctor say I must be at least
45Kg

Eat, eat, eat.

Eat fats. Eat between meals. Don't exercise. Eat and sit on the couch all day.

Perhaps eating is not the only way you can gain weight... Every human body has its own dynamic regarding metabolism.
Are you following any diet? What's your height? Maybe with some extra details on yourself, we can help you with some suggestions! :wink:

Physical exercise is one of the ways in which you can distribute the fat of your body in a better way, so that you can reach the goal of your new 5 kilos. :)

I guess you're not following any diet...

One of my recommendations is good exercise, to distribute what you might gain soon. Don't eat just to gain wight: eat balanced food that contributes to your physical development without damaging your body: balanced meat, for instance, can be the solution.
Some extra meals can also help you; however, these meals should be at specific hours, as well as healthy.
Your routine and state of mind can finally contribute to the success of your attempt to gain weight without drastic actions! :wink:

I'd like to be fat either. My weight is 60 with 179 cm height. I'd like to be at least 75, however, I don't like eat much...
