Dixie, all diets work as long as you eat less calories than you burn.
You will surely lose weight if you do this. The "experts" are wrong if they say any different.
I will give you proof.
Many of my countrymen were taken as prisoners during WWII (World War 2).
They were fed watery soup to eat and worked 20 hours a day.
ALL of them lost a lot of weight. There were
none who had some kind of "thyroid condition" who were able to keep their weight on!
I know it is hard but in order to lose weight one must simply eat less. Some people have to eat less than others. I have been trying to lose weight myself. I only want to lose 3 -4 pounds, to have a ripped stomach. This last few pounds is the hardest. It seems that I hardly eat at all.
