does anybody know if peaches and grapes and potatoes are better to be excluded from the ration?
and about the dairy products... I have breakfast with 100 g of Dutch cheese fat-less and sometimes drink... (I failed trying to translate it - do you drink it??) kefir
and also try not to eat after pm 6
is it really that bad?
