Hi Nefrit! I guess the problem is you are eating more at night then sleep...the calories are not burned properly..luck of exercise and activity too thats why the fat is not distributed well in your body...my suggetion is try not to eat more at night since our body then needs rest. Instead eat more during breakfast as you start to work then try a hip exercises too....or walking and biking exercise tare good for hips and legs too.
