It's important to eat breakfast in the morning to maintain your body's metabolism more than to get energy in the morning. Your body needs to ingest three meals a day to "workout" your metabolism. Your burn more fat with more meals during a day, small to regular portions that amount to your daily caloric intake.

Indeed, breakfast is good for staying healthy, but everyone has their own time for first food. Unfortunately, I cannot eat early in the morning before start to work and I have breakfast only at 10 or 11 am. It is almost lunch time! Could I say that I need breakfast in the morning? :~:

Eat breakfast daily. You would have gone hours without eating since the previous night, hence eating breakfast would not decrease your tendency to overeat later during the day.
