I really love cooking and Ithink it is very easy if you make it with love.
You have to try without any fear, enjoy mixing ingredients and smelling. Close your eyes and imagine the result.
Cooking really help to remove our stress.

So as a person I love cooking I would say that you can begin watching youtube videos where famous chefs are making easy and difficult recipes. Say Jamie Oliver !!
