Some ways to lose weight!

Hello,everyone!
My name is Maggie.
I want to share with everyone how to lose weight.
Of course, the common denominator is always proper diet and exercise, which not only aid in weight loss, but also keep a body healthy.
If you are overweight, you can't continue with your current eating habits.
Have a portion of food at breakfast, half of it at lunch, and as far as possible no food at dinner.
Eat food as far as possible before 6 p.m.
Do 50 sit-ups before you going to sleep.
If you want to have thin calf, you may raise legs at least 20 minutes every day.
If you want to have thin thigh, you may ride the bike up in the air 100 times every day.
No fried food and sweets.
Do not taking a seat or sleeping after just finish eating.

Hi, maybe you can to run a lot , eat less each meal, fried foods or desserts like the food as not to eat, may be able to lose weight

Hi
I go walking every day. 1-2 hours in a day. I read that oxygen takes part in breaking fat up. Also it's good for muscles.
I like walking and It helps me very much , but it takes a lot of time.


Little joke on the topic:
The best exercise for losing weight is pushing yourself away from the table. {-:

Hi everybody!
I`m Korean and I lost 15kg 4 years ago.
At that time, I tired to eat very slow and little.
I also drink a lot of green-tea because it prevents eating too much.
It reduces appetite. Well.. I learned dance too!!
It was sooooooo interesting and useful to lose some weight!
You can do it!

Well to loss the weight there is require to follow the below steps:

(1) Avoid the fast food
(2) Avoid the stress, hyper tension, worries and so on
(3) Follow the exercise and diet schedule
(4) Drink plenty water
(5) Motivate yourself to maintain the health

If you want to get rid from the excessive weight very quickly than you must drink plenty of water and do the exercise regularly. You should also avoid to eat fast food.

As far as i know cardio exercises with proper diet plan is best way to loss weight in effective way.. has anyone of you tried it before..??

Here i am going to add some more tips to loss weight..
1 do proper cardio exercise like swimming and running
2 avoid fast and junk foods
3 drink plenty of water
4 make a diet plan and stick on it
