I'm fat too! I run a long distance every day. It is about 8 kilo meters. Others thing , I try to do, I eat banana at breakfast everyday. We call it "banana diet"in Japan. I'll tell you how to do it. Eat only banana and water at break fast as much as you like. But you can have any dishes at lunch and dinner as much as you like. I'm lose weight about 2 kilo gram in a week.
