Breakfast

Hi guys I'm new to the forum.
I'm trying to improve my diet and I'm already stuck at breakfast!
What do you guys have for breakfast? I'm really curious about the different customs any suggestions or recipes would be greatly welcomed.

i wish i'm not late in replying you,
i'm al so in a diet
i eat 1 egg with 1 slice of fat free chedar
a bowel of green salad and a cup of green tea or pineapply juice

as for me I prefer to eat a diet corn flex with zero fat milk :)

try some slices of butter + bread + a glass of cold joice .... WOW ! I love it ...

Hi i am also new here and would like to recommend that the best food for breakfast is
1. Banana Shake
2. Cornflakes
3. Bread with butter and jam

I eat bread jam with eggs and drink fresh fruit juice with it in the breakfast.

Green tea with honey- Two boiled eggs and biscuits
