Stinky Tofu

Did you eat any food from Taiwan ?
Which food did you like to eat ? if you ate.
ha ha!
Stinky Tofu is very famous food in Taiwan and I very like to eat it .
It smells not good but It is very delicious.

I don"t know stinky Tofu.
what is this be made from?
In Japan, we have many fermented foods.
For example,Let"s take fermented soybeans.
we call it natto.
Natto is very popular foods.
But Japanese don"t like natto.
Because natto smells very much.
But I like natto very much.

if you come to Taiwan,you can taste it.
