I can suggest you balance diet. A diet that is full of vegetables, salads, juice, raw food etc will help in proper functioning of the body. It can also help in reducing the cholesterol level of the body which is very harmful for the proper functioning of the heart. So healthy diet may increase your cholesterol level. Healthy diet will keep you active and reduce the toxin level in the body. But you must take balance diet in order to loose your weight and also do some exercise.
