Today is a very warm and nice day. I am preparing the last orange salad of the season . It is very rich in vitamins.
It is the last orange salad because in summer I cannot find good Italian oranges.
3 cups of shredded carrots
2 oranges, peeled
5 walnuts or 10 almonds
1 spoon of raisin
2 teaspoons of lemonjuice
4 teaspoons of olive oil
I don't add salt and other aromas
Some people add mint, cumin or paprika..you can add the aromatic herbes you like.
