No doubt that running is best exercise for fitness because it is the exercise for the whole body. I also like to do running because it is simplest and fastest way of weight lose.

Hey..
Running is one of the best cardio exercise which shows effective and quick results.. Running is best for loss weight in short time and gaining fitness..

Running is the full body exercise. If you make habit of running daily in a day about 30 to 40 mints then you get perfect body shape and health also. Its best way to lose extra fats of the body too.

Swimming is also useful one,.

Only running cannot improve your fitness health you need to take proper diet with that.
