Weight loss problem!

For several years, I have a problem with unwanted pounds. I tried several different diets, but no results. Give me advice on what to do. Thank you!

I love chocolate and I hate dieting.

So, like my husband says... enjoy life and be happy.

Of course my reply is always that I am happier when my summer pants fit.

Hello, for me the best way is healthy food and more exercise. Try to spend more time for sport!

The tips which i suggest to keep skin beauty are wash your face for removing dirt, germs and dead skin. Protect your skin from sun damage by using sunscreen lotion. Drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated. Follow a routine of cleansing, toning and moisturizing for getting healthy and glowing skin.

Hi dear,

The only recommendation I will suggest is keep your diet as simple as possible. Always have wholemeal products whether it is bread, rice, eggs or anything else. Secondly, try to find a like minded or opposite minded person who share same or opposite ideas as yours, and arrange some time to talk about these ideas BUT only talk while u r walking, NEVER on your couch, so 30 to 45 minutes discussion while you are walking. It doesnt have to be fast run, only a medium pace walking and discussing these ideas (i.e. get a newspaper report and discuss). REMEMBER when u r walking set your time on electronic device. Thirdly, never kill yourself by not eating but as I said earlier only have wholemeal products. AVOID junk food (burgers, chips, nothing for 3/6 months from take away or restaurant, also avoid sugary products from supermarket i.e. cakes). AND THAT'S ALL.

Believe me it will make a huge difference. I was 73kg, but on my holidays in Malaysia I have about two hours walk every day, an never had junk food and that helps me to reduce four kilogram even though I didnt need to reduce weight, as per my BMI my max is 75kg. I am not obese at all, but still loose some weight.

Some time fitness clubs dont give u enthusiasm to carry on exercising. Your mate is best one to help you to reduce weight. If you dont have a mate then a treadmill will do the job.

Summery: enough water, plenty walk, wholemeal products, no to junk food and sweet products, enough sleep, no stress = desirable weight

DONT forget to discuss with your doctor before you start all above.

Firstly stopping taking stress over it and believe me tension is one more thing that can add more weight, so just try to eat raw food and plenty of water and just do walking daily for few hours, I can bet this will reduce your weight, but only if you do it for long term, it won’t help if you leave it within few days.

Unintentional losing extra weight is the process of losing fat through eating weight loss foods or daily dieting or enhancing physical activity for maintaining daily health and fitness. It probably occur following a loss of hunger or when you are consuming the same amount of fat as usual. Either way, it is usually cause for concern.

Try to limit your sweet cravings. I replaced my coffee and sweets addiction with green tea. And ir surely worked wonders for me. It's great for metabolism. :)

There are many causes of weight loss like stress, depression, thyroid and improper diet. A proper diet should contain all the necessary nutrients check over here to know what a proper diet should be. I also advice you to have thyroid check.

I have been on and off on doing workout and I'm gaining fat. I want to loose fat more than weight. My weight is fine for my weight but I want to have the good or balanced fat in all parts of my body. Not just on my face and stomach. I want to loose fat for so long time. But I still couldn't manage to loose fat. :-( :-x I should do very intensely or increase my reps or weights.. But I'm not too strong to do any of this. :cry:

Good morning all,
I have weight loss problem since 5 years ago and thanks to god i got to defeat this problem.I would share with some notes that you should follow it to save your lives.
1. You must read about health risks of overweight, sure you will be afraid but it motivate you to change.
2. Don't be hypocrite with your self, you must know what you want and work to get it.
3. Don't waste your time searching a miracle thing to lose weight.
4. Do not strain yourself like doing sport every day it will be very hard and you will hate that, then you will give up convincing yourself that this is impossible and here you have fallen into the trap.
5. THE IMPORTANT NOTE: you Must change your eating habits. If you don't change it, believe me you will never lose weight, i lived this for 5 years. I know it is difficult but it is not impossible. You find in internet a lot of diet program don't waste your time on this, the solution is very simple, yes is hard for application.
Just eliminate slowly slowly all foods and drinks that contain industrial sugar, you can afford to return to bad eating and drinking habits one time at least after 10 day. It is a question of tricking your brain.
another thing you should know it , if you do sports all the time with bad nutrition you will not losing weight and the opposite is true.
6. You have to do sport three time a week, you have to eat food rich in protein,vegetable and drink water.You'll get used to it
7.Another trap to avoid. Do what i said and don't wait a result in few days, don't change your food habits and doing sports for losing wait but make this your lifestyle it is a question of tricking your mind and you will see the result.
