The new "National Food Index" expanded from the original eight to twelve principles. In addition to continued advocacy balanced intake of six categories of food, less fried, less fat, less pickled, drink water, drink less sugary drinks more emphasis on eating whole grains; the other half an hour a day should be movement, exclusive breastfeeding at least six month, less meat and more factors, but the amount of meal, choose local seasonal ingredients, origin marking of attention.
