I love Yoga

Post by llazy »

Four years ago, when I was playing badminton, I injured a ligament in my right arm. I can't play badminton. I have to find another sport to practice. Someone advised me to yoga. I am afraid I am not suitable because it is very difficult, very sad, and slow. I had no other choice so I joined the practice yoga.
Everyday a little, I feel like I improve a lot in my health. The Yoga help me listen to my breath, listen to my body. And I love yoga more and more when I don't know.
Did you have the same experience?

I've been using Yoga with Adriene on YouTube and it's so enjoyable.

I hear you. It reminds me my personal story. Huge trauma due to a fall, my wife and doc told me to do Yoga. I wasn't sure about the things, to me this discipline looked like chorégraphique. But after few weeks, I felt better. I've even build a garden studio to do yoga in with my wife. I have been practising regularly for 7 years now and for an "old man" of 59, I feel in full possession of my means.
