i guess valentine's day is only important if you or a member of your family is onwer of restaurant or one of that companies that sell those stupid things 8)

My aunt owns a flower shop in San Francisco. She said her business is always good during Valentine's.

Great travelogue, Dixie, but I have to disagree with you onone thing. The first time I heard Violet speak, I couldn't distinguish whether she was saying "Hello" or "Astronaut".

The spitting is bad in pretty much every Asian country I've been to. It's not a just a Chinese specialty. At least the ones I've been to - Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan.
