Favorite scents...you add yours here!

Postby tikay » Sat Jan 14, 2006 10:26 pm

I am going to venture that we all have things that we just love to smell and they may stay the same or change over time...as for me, mine are always changing and getting added to. Here are some things I love the scent of, some may be yours too. Lets see more about the members of this forum.
sensually, t.k.
here is a short list:

tangerines
pepper
snow
forest loam
the beach
night blooming jasmine
iris flowers
clean pets
babies
leather
rain

please add to the posts and include anything
from my list that are also your favorites.

The scent of the parfum my girlfriend wore at our date to a restaurant in the mountains.
Ok, I mean, I have been interested in a lot ofgood-looking girls. But however I only had this girlfriend, and she is still living in the house beside mine after 6 years.
I want to smell this scent again, but it's really hard to ask her without her thinking bad things about me.

hmm... first it's my mom's perfume. She thinks a lady should be associated with a particular scent in a particular period of her life. And also i agree, new born babies smell... but not the smell of their diapres actually :? and of course coffee i'm coffee addict! Not the liquid smell, but ground coffee-beans' one! mmm... delicious!..

I love these. Babies and just-finished-taking-a-shower pets smell sooooo nice.

I like the smell of my bf's old shirt or when he's sweating. Something about this smell just drives me nuts (in a good way  ). It's weird that a lot people I know love this kinda smell also. We think the smell is also a part of the evolutionary changes.

I like the smell of a hot cup of coffee.

It does something to the hormones, I think. It's like male birds in nature have colorful feathers to attract female birds.

I love his natural smell, it drives me crazy!

I think smell plays an essencial role in relationships. You are attracted to people because you like their smell, even though you don't notice. What do you think?

I think so! That's why we've had perfumes and stuff since the ancient time. Now we have chemical perfumes, but before they bathed with flowers to get the nice smell.
