I would go with (DEPENDS ON).. We face different kind of circumstances, so it depends according to the situation that whether I should be tolerant or not. Because some actions needs direct response.But in overall we can say that (The food of patience and tolerance is sweet), I mean it gives good result, as we know that in anger a person always takes a wrong decision so better to be tolerant and think peacefully and then take action

What do you indend for tolerate?
If you intend to understand that people is different in thought and traditions... is ok.
I am not tolerate with unpolite or lier people
