I have previously worked in hospitality and have given me great communication and rapport building skills. It has provided practice with handling pressure from customers and identifying their needs. These experiences have helped me during the high pace hours and managing enquiries to resolution effectively. I worked both as a kitchen hand and waiter, which gave me a great insight of team work and culture. I would like to apply these skills in the Red Cross Blood Service role opening up.
