That's really a good method to cook egg.
Here are some recipes is using egg to cook delicious food...

Scotch egg
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and remove the shells. Place the sausagement in bowl. Add the chopped parsley and mix well; hands are best. Coat the eggs with the seasoned flour and cover completely with a layer of sausagemeat; wet hands help to mould it evenly. Dip into the beaten egg and roll in the breadcrumbs. Fry in deep fat until golden brown. Drain well on kitchen paper. Serve hot or cold.

Deviled Egg
Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In a small bowl, mash yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic salt and chopped almonds. Evenly fill the egg whites, Garnish with whole almonds and parsley. Chill until ready to
serve.Yield: 12 servings.

Your topic reminds me of the movie "Runaway bride". Personally an omelette is good enough for me :D .

:D I love to fry my rice then put an egg in mixing it with rice and green onions really quick, and last is pour a little bit of fish sauce--it's all set. I also like egg and tomato soup. It's so good with hot rice.

There is a delicious way to prepare eggs. You first need to prepare potatoes as chips. Then shake the eggs (the same way as preparing omelette) and add a bit of salt and any other ingredients you like (onion, ham, sausages, tuna, cheese, paprika...). Now mix the eggs with the chips and fry it in a pan with a bit of olive oil.

It's delicious. If you do not believe, just have a try :D
