I am from Costa Rica, and my favorite traditional food is BANANA CAKE. I hope you like it

INGREDIENTS:

5 bananas
1 cup of suggar
1 spoon of butter
1/2 cup of flower
1/2 tea spoon of bicarbonate of soda
1 egg

PREPARATION:

First beat the bananas with the suggar and the butter. Then add the dry ingredients and finaly the egg. Heat the oven to 275 F for 40 min more or less.
