Hi all, Just show the formula of BMI for everyone who still hestitates about their body's fitness.
Cheers :D
Body Mass Index= Weight(kg)/ Height^2(m^2)
BMI >=27.5 : high height risk.
BMI :23-27.4: Moderate height risk
BMI 18.5-22.9: Low height risk
BMI<18.5: Risk of nutritional deficency.

as for me I would be glad to suffer from HEIGHT risk
I have calculated my index - 20,8, anyhow it's fake and doesn't reveal the real problem as I'm not actually satisfied with the way I look

Maybe you need to tone the fat a bit to turn it into muscle. I believe you don't have to work out as much as I do, though. My body is pretty flabby.

the body mass index isnt a good indicator, becouse body weigth is more than height and weight, it measure help to do a general evaluation, but helps to have an idea about how is our health. Only professional people can tell you wich is your ideal body weight.

You are right! The BMI charts are useless. It is impossible to measure fat with BMI. Anyone who has muscles will be judged as having fat instead by the BMI. Do not rely on them!! They are only used by stupid government agencies and doctors who don't know much.
